For any manufacturing defects customer must send the video to Othoba.com within 3 days of product receive 
After 3 days of products receive Othoba.com will not provide the replacement or warranty
Customer must send the item with proper bubble wrap and all the accessories and item must be in the box 
Box must be in new conditions
Box and Item serial must be same if any
