ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালাঃ

• গ্রাহককে বিনামূল্যে ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হবে।
• প্রতিটি পণ্যের উপর ১ (এক) বছরের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য (শর্ত সাপেক্ষে)।
• পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই গ্লাস সঠিকভাবে যাচাই ও পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর গ্লাস পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।
• ডেলিভারি গাড়ি প্রবেশযোগ্য হলে পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাড়ি বা বাড়ির আঙিনা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে।অন্যথায়, ডেলিভারি ট্রাক যেখানে পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হবে, সেখানেই পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
• ফ্ল্যাট বা রুম পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয় না।
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময়ই সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
• COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে যদি গ্রাহক ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রয়োজন মনে করেন, তবে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সার্ভিস টিকিট তৈরি করতে হবে। টিকিট খোলার পর ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বিনামূল্যে ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হবে।
• গ্রাহককে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি যাচাই ও পরীক্ষা করে নিতে।
• ডেলিভারির পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

পণ্য ফেরত সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালাঃ

নিম্নলিখিত বৈধ কারণসমূহে (ডেলিভারিম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায়) পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে:

• ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া ।
• ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া ।
• পণ্যের সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ অনুপস্থিত থাকা ।
• ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হওয়া ।

ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ

• প্রতিটি পণ্যের উপর ১২ (বারো) মাসের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।
• ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি বা ব্যবহৃত উপকরণের ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
• স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষয়ক্ষতি বা নির্ধারিত ব্যবহারের বাইরে কোনো কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস পেতে গ্রাহককে আমাদের হেল্পলাইন নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
• ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা গ্রহণের সময় মূল ইনভয়েস/ক্যাশ মেমো প্রদর্শন বাধ্যতামূলক।
• গ্লাসের উপর কোনো ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।

স্টক সংক্রান্ত শর্তঃ

• স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

• Free fitting service will be provided to customers.
• All products come with a 1 (one) year service warranty (terms & conditions apply).
• Customers must check and inspect the glass carefully at the time of delivery. Glass items are non-replaceable after delivery completion.
• Products will be delivered to the customer’s house or yard, provided the delivery vehicle can access the location. Otherwise, the product will be handed over at the nearest accessible point for the delivery truck.
• Room-level or flat-level delivery is not provided.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment must be made at the time of product receipt.
• If fitting service is required for a COD order, customers must contact us to create a service ticket. Free fitting service will be provided within 2–3 working days after ticket creation.
• Customers are requested to inspect the product thoroughly before receiving it.
• No complaints will be accepted after delivery.

Product Return Policy:

Products may be returned only in the presence of the delivery personnel under the following valid reasons:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Defective product delivered
• Missing required parts or accessories
• Incorrect product information displayed on the website

Warranty Policy:

• All products are covered by a 12-month service warranty.
• The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or material defects.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or usage beyond intended purposes is not covered under warranty.
• To avail warranty service, customers must contact our customer helpline.
• Original invoice/cash memo must be presented to claim warranty service.
• No warranty is applicable for glass components.

Stock Availability:

• Product delivery is subject to stock availability
