২। পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাড়ি অথবা বাড়ির আঙিনা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে, যদি ডেলিভারি গাড়ি সেখানে পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হয়। অন্যথায়, ডেলিভারি ট্রাক যেখানে পৌঁছাতে পারে সেখানেই পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে। ফ্ল্যাট বা রুম পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদান করা হয় না।
৩। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রহণের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
৪। নিম্নলিখিত বৈধ কারণে ডেলিভারি ম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে—
•    ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া
•    ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া
•    পণ্যের সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ অনুপস্থিত থাকা
•    ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হওয়া
স্টক শর্ত:
স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।

Delivery Terms and Conditions:
1.    Customers are requested to inspect and verify the product before receiving it. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery is completed.
2.    Products will be delivered up to the customer’s house or yard, provided the delivery vehicle can access the location. Otherwise, the product will be handed over at the point where the delivery truck can reach. Delivery to flats or rooms is not provided.
3.    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made at the time of receiving the product.
4.    Products may be returned in the presence of the delivery person for the following valid reasons:
•    Wrong product delivered
•    Defective product delivered
•    Missing parts or components
•    Incorrect information displayed on the website
